i believe everything that is good in my life comes from God.
there are so many things to be thankful for.
health, home, friends, family. so much more.
and mostly
the blessing it is to love and be loved by

and that i am me,
and that i've been
given the ability to navigate through life.
the good and bad,
sometimes stumbling just to remember why i am here,
to pick myself back up,
count my blessings,
