finding out the hard way

question: can a woman "pull a groin?"

answer: absolutely.

question: who "pulls a groin" while playing soccer for 2 hours with their 3 yr. old? (we're talking toddler soccer here, not an olympic event.)

answer: i do. (must have been when i went through the hula hoops while showing caleb how to do the obstacle course. i mean that's some tough stuff.)

question: how painful is it to pull the said groin?

answer: very. and the only thing that helps is to ice pack the area. how awesome is that. just keeping the romance alive for benjamin.

Oh my goodness that is so terrible and so funny! I'm not making fun of you because I know it is probably not fun at all to pull your groin, but the last comment about keeping the "romance alive" had me in stitches! You are such a nut! I hope you get better soon:)

Oh Lady!! Not only do you have a pulled groin, but the joys of pregnancy - can only make it worse. So, isn't it great to think about how your "BONES" are going to be shifting soon getting you ready to give birth. Too bad - I'm so sorry about your plight. My prayers are with you!!!

You need a little Prego Yoga sister! Strech yourself before you wreck yourself...oh wait, too late :( You are such a good mom to be helping Caleb at soccer. I still want to bring Kali sometime....whenever we are free of having a ton of Fran's family in town I will bring her.

I want you to know I have TOTALLY done that and I was pregnant at the time too. I was like 36 wks with my girl and saw a deer in my parent's backyard and tried to run to get a closer look and POW got the biggest pain ever in my groin. They even sent me home from work that day cause I couldn't get my bum off the stool to walk. IT KILLS I FEEL FOR YA!!!

What a bummer - it's like you're getting ready for post-labor a few months early. Your pictures in the mirror are darling by the way. You look so good.
